Escrow Clearance

Step 1: FREE COMPLETE TERMITE INSPECTION

Ordering a termite inspection can be as easy as going to our website and filling out the free inspection order form or simply calling one of our friendly receptionists to schedule a date and time for inspection. Be sure to mention your inspection is for a real estate transaction.

Once your inspection is completed the results will be ready for mail, fax, or PDF email the very next day. If there are any questions about your report or you need some clarification as to the findings we are available by phone from 9AM – 5PM and by email 24/7.

STEP 2: ORDERING YOUR COMPLETION

When you are ready to order your termite completion feel free to email or call the office to set up an appointment for Bugmasters to complete any findings we recommended in your termite inspection.

Our receptionists will give you a date and time for when your repairs and treatment can be completed. They will also inform you of any authorizations or paperwork we may need signed in order to finish all your repairs.
Lastly we will inform you or your clients how they will need to prepare for the treatment or if they will need to be out of the property for any period of time.

STEP 3: ESCROW CLEARANCE PAPERWORK

Once all treatment and repairs have been completed at your property, Bugmasters will issue a termite clearance stating that the property is now free and clear of any evidence of active infestation or infection in the visible and accessible areas. The one page clearance document can be attached to your termite inspection and invoice. We will then fax or email the paperwork directly to your escrow officer should you provide us the necessary information for your convenience.
